Delete your Meowkids account
This public page lets you permanently delete your Meowkids account and the personal data associated with it, directly and without contacting support.
Deletion happens immediately once you confirm — there is no waiting period and no need to email support.
Cancel an active subscription first
Deleting your Meowkids account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If it's billed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there before deleting your account to avoid future charges. A subscription billed on our website is cancelled together with the account.
How to delete your account
- 1Sign in to your existing account using the button on this page — the same email and password you use in the Meowkids app.
- 2Review what's deleted and what's retained below, then check the confirmation box.
- 3Select “Delete my account”. Your account and its data are deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.

Data we delete
When the request is completed, the account is permanently deleted rather than deactivated. We delete:
- the account email address and profile identifiers;
- the stored password hash;
- active session and authentication tokens;
- the link between the Meowkids account and its Adapty customer profile.
Data we retain and why
Learning progress on your device
Learning progress is stored only locally on the device, not in the Meowkids web account. This request does not access that local data; it is removed when you clear the app data or uninstall the app.
Purchase and subscription records — five years
Accounting and tax records related to purchases and subscriptions are retained for five years from the relevant reporting period, or longer only if applicable law, a dispute, or an official request requires it. Access is restricted and the records are used only for legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. Password hashes and session tokens are not retained with them.
