Consent to Marketing Emails

By ticking the optional marketing box at registration or in my account profile, I freely and in my own interest consent to sole proprietor Marat Mukhtarovich Khanbekov (INN 501109592329, OGRNIP 322774600514569, email info@meowkids.app; the “Operator”) processing my personal data on the terms below, and agree to receive Meowkids promotional messages by email under Article 18 of Russian Federal Law “On Advertising”.

Sending me marketing and informational emails about Meowkids: new games and learning materials, promotions and special offers.

• interface language;
• whether consent was given or withdrawn and when;
• technical information about email delivery and unsubscribing.

Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access) to the email service engaged by the Operator, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation tools.

This consent is valid until I withdraw it or delete my account. I can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in an email, by unticking the box in my account profile, or by writing to info@meowkids.app.

After withdrawal, the Operator stops sending promotional messages and processing my email for this purpose within the time limits set by law.

This consent is not a condition of registration or of using the Service, and refusing it does not limit access. Service emails (email confirmation, password reset, purchase and security notices) are sent under the Terms of Use and are not advertising. More about data processing is in the Privacy Policy.
